If this is your first visit to Better Living Chiropractic, we ask that you kindly arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to give you the necessary time to fill forms.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. To do so please call 250-842-2310 and leave a message. No-shows will be billed 50% of the service fee.
COVID 19 AND THE BETTER LIVING CENTRE: Masks are required. All patients will be interviewed for Covid 19 symptoms and have their temperature taken upon arrival. If you have symptoms of a fever, new onset of cough, worsening chronic cough, sore throat, runny nose, or unexplained fatigue we ask that you rebook your appointment. If you have been identified as a close contact with someone who has Covid 19 or have travelled outside of Canada within the past 14 days we kindly ask that you do not present yourself to the Better Living Centre.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and staff, all enhanced policies are utilized at the Better Living Centre for cleaning, disinfecting and social distancing.
